Kaizen Brunch is a community for women, running gatherings and events. This policy covers the information collected through this website, kaizenbrunch.co.uk. If you have any questions, you can reach us at info@kaizenbrunch.co.uk.

What we collect

This site itself does not run a sign-up form. What we collect depends on how you interact with us:

• If you email us (for partnership, speaking or general enquiries), we keep whatever you send us, including your name and email address, so we can reply.
• If you join the community or buy a ticket, that happens on a separate platform we don't operate, currently our community page and a third-party ticketing provider. Their own privacy policies govern that data, not this one.
• We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used. It's cookieless and doesn't track you individually. It gives us aggregate information like page views and referring sites.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, and nothing else. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties except where noted above.

Cookies

This site doesn't use tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Vercel) operates without cookies or persistent identifiers.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing info@kaizenbrunch.co.uk. For anything related to the community or ticketing platforms, you'll need to contact them directly: the community page or our ticketing provider.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or how we use data changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
